New Journal on Evolving Systems:

The policy of the journal requires the papers to be assigned to reviewers and the decision to be based on 3 (three) double blind reviews available. The policy envisages 6 (six) weeks (42 days) for reviews and 8 (eight) weeks (56 days) for revision with 4 (four) weeks (28 days) for a decision based on the revised article.
